NeuroEducation is a partner in the Centre for Community Neurological Studies at Leeds Metropolitan University. We have supported and delivered neurological qualifications with them for over 15 years. We are delighted to be involved with such a successful project.
Please take the time to register with us. By doing this, we will be able to inform you of new continuing professional development courses. If you don't, you are simply missing out on these opportunities.
To our knowledge these courses covering differing neurological conditions are the only ones available in the world delivered by e-learning or distance learning.
Our courses attract healthcare professionals such as nurses, doctors, occupational therapists and physiotherapists from all parts of the UK and abroad, enabling them to obtain specialist knowledge and skills essential to their continuing professional development.
Established in 1996 it has gone from strength to strength expanding all the time. It began with one diploma and 15 students. Now over 1,200 professionally qualified staff from all over the United Kingdom and abroad have passed one of our courses.
Presently the Centre offers four Masters and four professional diploma courses covering epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and stroke.
Additionally a Vocational Certificate in Epilepsy is also offered. It is aimed at people with epilepsy, partners and guardians of those with epilepsy and unqualified staff. And finally there is a one module level 6 course entitled "Multiple Sclerosis Care in the Community."
